For Tschuggen Hotel Group AG, a three-part complex was built in Arosa for over CHF 50 million. It features 40 spacious rooms and junior suites, a loft suite, nine family apartments with hotel service, 11 condominiums, and an 800 m² wellness oasis. The lobby, lounge, reception, restaurant, and bar were cleverly integrated. The complex and our contract also include the adjacent Coop supermarket, a medical center, and a sports shop. The expansion work on the total 9,000 m² lasted from mid-April 2016 until the opening on December 7, 2017.
