In Davos, we have been awarded the contract for the expansion and second phase of the Alexanderhaus (Hotel Spenglers). The expansion of the 1,000 m² wellness area and the conversion of the central wing with 24 apartments are planned for approximately CHF 10 million. Renovation work has already begun, and if all goes according to plan, the area should be ready for occupancy in spring 2018.
