In a fiercely competitive competition, we were awarded the renovation of the "Rätia Shopping" commercial building in Davos, designed by renowned Chur architect Corinna Menn. Next year, the retail spaces, the mall, and the apartments in the center of Davos Dorf will be renovated. The official groundbreaking ceremony has already taken place, and work is scheduled for completion in December 2017.
